Prevention is better than Cure; For Healthy body

Everybody always say Health is not everything, but without health everything is nothing. Do you agree it? sure. Health is one of main factor that make us happy and has a better life. It's suitable with "Kacung" tag name -- alwayis make it better. Talking about health, as defined by the World Health Organisation (WHO) is “a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”

most important thing
There’s an old saying ‘prevention is better than cure’. Paramedic always say it and always remind us about it. There is no doubt that it is easier and better for us to prevent diseases occurring, than to try and reverse the destruction and pain they cause once they have taken hold.

We want our body and mind to be vibrant, youthful and energetic and enable us to live our lives to our fullest potential. So how do we get to and maintain this target of health? The answer is in the form of a few simple rules;

  1.  We need to nourish our body.
  2.  We need to provide it with all the nutrients it needs to build a strong immune system.
  3.  We need to ensure that we are absorbing and using all the nutrients we take in.
  4. We need to get enough quality sleep.
  5. We need to reduce the impact of ever increasing environmental toxins on our systems.
Yes, just five simple rules, but i'm sure if we try to discipline, it makes a very good effect. Let's make it our habit and start from now.

At New Image we believe that ‘life’s first food‘, colostrum, was researched and developed by nature, refined over millions of years to provide protection for us at the most vulnerable stage of our lives. Starting the day with colostrum is the foundation for good, preventative health. In addition to colostrum products, we have a range of supplements to support preventative health.
